Slechts enkele straten, amper honderd meter verderop, bouwt zijn collega Paul Hanker zijn eigen huis. Samen luidden ze een nieuw tijdperk voor de architectuur in. We doorkruisen de straten van Elsene en Sint-Gillis en fietsen op zoek naar de bron van de art nouveau. Hierbij rijden we tal van bouwwerken van de grootste namen in de architectuur voorbij: Ernest Blérot, Gustave Strauven, de broers Delune, Paul Hamesse en nog vele anderen. During this accessible journey, we will also encounter many other achievements of the greatest architects of the time: Ernest Blérot, Gustave Strauven, the Delune brothers, Paul Hamesse, … An accessible, yet awe-inspiring architectural digest in an amiable atmosphere!
