I don't allow myself that much vulnerability with everyone so just: Thank you for this space of safety you create and the permissions you give.”
“Thank you again for this unique experience. It was incredible. It really was. I'm zen for the 1st time in a long time thanks to you, and despite my initial reluctance that sometimes you have to break out of your patterns to free yourself!”

I use the sacred ceremonial raw cacao plant in collaboration to guide strong practices of opening, connecting and awakening consciousness.
A unique cacao ceremony:
This is a spiritual ritual designed to open the heart and connect deeply with oneself and others. Ceremonial cacao is pure and sacred, facilitating emotional openness, mental clarity, tension release, and a stronger connection to your spiritual essence.
I work with sacred, raw ceremonial cacao to guide powerful practices of opening, connection, and healing.
The benefits of pure cacao:
- **Heart opening**: Cacao gently opens the heart, fostering a deeper connection with oneself and others, enhancing feelings of love and compassion.
- **Mood enhancement**: Rich in theobromine and serotonin-boosting compounds, pure cacao naturally lifts the mood, promoting a sense of well-being and happiness.
- **Spiritual connection**: Cacao has been used for centuries in spiritual practices, helping to deepen meditation, enhance intuition, and strengthen the connection to the spiritual world.
- **Rich in antioxidants**: Cacao is full of antioxidants that combat oxidative stress and support overall health.
- **Energy boost**: The natural stimulants in cacao, including theobromine, provide a gentle energy boost without the jittery effects of caffeine.
- **Improved focus**: Cacao can improve mental clarity and focus, making it an excellent companion for creative and contemplative practices.
What are the benefits of the sacred ceremony + cacao?
- **Self-love**: Encourages self-acceptance, self-love, and confidence.
- **Healing**: Helps release blocked energies and restore balance.
- **Mental clarity**: Offers a new perspective and wisdom to see things clearly.
- **Stress reduction**: Provides a sense of calm and relaxation, improving emotional management in daily life.
- **Creativity and inspiration**: Stimulates creativity, inspires new ideas, and facilitates artistic expression.
- **Deep connection**: Strengthens the connection with oneself, allowing for better self-understanding.
- **Emotional well-being**: Helps release repressed emotions and find inner peace.
- **Vitality and energy**: Awakens and channels vital energy, supporting holistic well-being.
