The Digital Impact Pitch is a 60 to 90 minute interactive conference which aims to help you discover what is hidden behind our daily use of multiple digital objects and technology in general. An increasingly powerful technology that has simplified our lives, allows us to make impressive advances in many sectors and yet leaves a very significant environmental and societal footprint!

This session is open to everyone :-) For people participating as part of their business, we will ask you not to exceed more than 2 people connected to this session per company. For broader deployment to your employees, do not hesitate to contact us following this conference (details below).

✔HOW DOES THE CONFERENCE RUN?

Participants are guided through a large drawing and visuals in a fun way thanks to regular interaction through quizzes and questions/answers. This facilitates the understanding of the main issues linked to the use of digital technology providing a systemic and global vision of the subject.

The session is structured in 3 phases:

1. Understanding – environmental and societal issues linked to digital technology

2. Transition – individual & collective role

3. Actions - practices towards a more responsible digital world

- a smartphone to take part in quizzes;

- good Wi-Fi connection (better than a 4G, we’ll cover that too!).

Note: We made the conscious choice to use digital technology and in particular video for this session because it allows us to speak to you all at the same time without having to travel. It also supports our mission to reach broad-based awareness more quickly while trying to minimize our negative impact and maximize our positive impact.

✔ ABOUT THE DIGITAL IMPACT PITCH...

This pitch was co-created by Sandra Sydow and Jérôme Vigogne, drawing on the experience acquired from the Climate Pitch (which is deployed on a large scale and has reached more than 14k participants). It is offered to the general public and also to businesses to engage employees in the implementation of more virtuous practices that can, for example, support an internal strategy of the DSI or IT departments to reduce its impact.
