The Diversity Fresco "the online edition" is a 3h30 hours workshop to raise awareness about how discrimination work, and setting a frame to dialogue and understand. 

The workshop is based on the principle of collective intelligence and allows to experiment the cognitive mecanismes at work behind discriminations. By discovering the possible approaches to reduce them and discuss their impacts and limits, you will aquire a common vocabulary that will make it easy to have open and contructive dialogues on the matter. 

The maximum number of participants for the online edition is 10. 

The workshop will be facilitated by Stéphanie de Susanne and Florence Szymanski, senior facilitators. 

What set up to expect :

- we will use Zoom to talk to eachother, in plenary and in small groups;

- we will use Mural, a digital platform, to manipulate the material.

Please note that in order to be able to participate you must use a computer and ***NOT*** a tablet or you phone. It doesn't work for the kind of workshop you'll experiment. Using a mouse and a set of headphones will also make it more confortable.
