Guided by Julia Ascher (Mamease), an expert in mindfulness, resilience, and stress management, this Women’s Circle blends reflection, vision board creation, and connection to help you close the year with gratitude and step into the New Year with clarity, focus, and new empowering beliefs✨

Take a deeper look at the past year – what challenged us, what we overcame, and how we’ve grown. Through deep meditative process, we’ll honor both our struggles and successes.

2. Journaling & Gratitude Practice
This guided exercise will help you gain clarity, identify limiting beliefs, and foster gratitude for life’s meaningful moments.

3. Vision Board Creation
With magazines, glue, and scissors in hand, craft a visual representation of your dreams and goals for the upcoming year while connecting with other girls over tea and sweet treats. This process is as joyful as it is inspiring!
