A wisdom workout: for your body, mind & spirit

I’ve teamed up again with my friend Litmus A Freeman to bring you a workout for all the parts of you. In this online workshop we combine yoga ceremony and Litmus' "Project Freeman" initiative to tantalise your curiousity on the topic of freedom — the many aspects of freedom and natural law.

If you've ever thought about societal structures and institutional norms and thought "this doesn't make sense", then you will love this workshop!

Our yoga practice together will plunge us into deep sensation and an exploration of body sovereignty — freedom in your skin.

Then to help you understand your rights, Litmus will share his extensive research into human rights, the declarations, such important constitutional documents as the Magna Carta and his personal journey into becoming "Litmus A Freeman".

There'll be plenty of opportunites for discussion and questions too.

This is such a hot topic right now because of the big shifts in society and human consciousness. Join us, get informed!

About Litmus

I'm Litmus A Freeman originating from Cymru,

I quit the corporate world 20 yrs ago, went travelling, divorced, sold the house, bought a houseboat ⛵️a camper van ???? and began offering Musical Services ????, including music therapy, and got into Peace Activism, including putting on Music Peace Festivals ☮️ for CND & Stop The War and marching in London for peace, eg #FreePalestine????????

Launched Project Freeman - Free the Body, the Mind, the Spirit - after realising the best way to protest is to STOP PAYING TAX because tax funds war.

Set up a Trust for creative travellers, created a Calendar* to sync with nature & did 10 yrs gigging around Europe.

Now in Portugal, I run 'Wisdom Workouts' covering such as:

I offer birth chart interpretations, including my speciality 'Lifetime Astrology'.

About Charlie

I’m Charlie from Wiltshire, UK and I live in France. I trained as an actress, toured with a theatre company, "accidentally" got into the corporate world in marketing & PR, where I worked my way up to the “top” of my game. I started to feel unfulfilled, so I got married, started and interior design business refurbishing pubs and bars with a friend, quit my job, went and did and intensive yoga training with Ana Forrest, moved to France, gave birth to a wonderful boy, learned to teach yoga, give bodywork, train others to teach yoga, work with energy medicine, tuning forks, drums…. question everything, grew into the woman that I am. I help people get out of pain and I have a special affinity with pelvic health.
