Dear Registrant,

I hope this message finds you well. It is with deep regret that we must inform you of the cancellation of the Paris Progressive Retreat scheduled to take place on October 5-7, 2024, at Grand Rex.

Please take the necessary steps to cancel your reservation or any associated travel and accommodations related to the event.

Despite our best efforts to work through the challenges presented, circumstances beyond our control have made it impossible for us to proceed with the event as planned.

We have worked tirelessly to find solutions, but unfortunately, these unforeseen issues have left us no other choice but to cancel.

We understand the disappointment this may cause and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this decision may bring to you and all involved. Please rest assured that the organizers and the Encephalon Team are working on refunding all ticket purchases, and you will be contacted with further details regarding the process.

We are making every effort to plan additional Progressive Retreats in the near future and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you at one of those events.

We truly appreciate your support and understanding during this difficult situation, and we hope to work with you again under better circumstances in the future.
