Cancellation and refund policies Once bought, the tickets are not refundable. In some cases a credit is possible. Cancellation on your part Once you’ve bought a ticket (whatever the type of ticket), if you change your mind 5 days before the hike or walk, you can receive a credit to book another hike or walk. Beyond 5 days, your ticket will be lost if you don’t show up to the hike or walk. Cancellation on our part (Camille, Nathalie, Hiroko) Our policy is that whatever the weather the hikes and walks take place. However if for some reason we were to cancel, you can reimburse the price of the ticket minus the the ticketing platform commision (0,29€+1% of the price of the ticket) or we can give you a credit. |
