If you are unable to attend the tour you have booked, no refund will be given. In this case, please contact us to free up places for other people.
In case of snowfall, the visits to Santa's village will not be cancelled.

Wanneer u het door u geboekte tijdstip niet kunt bijwonen, wordt er geen restitutie verleend. Neem in dit geval contact met ons op om plaatsen voor anderen vrij te maken.
In geval van sneeuwval wordt het bezoek aan het dorp van de Kerstman niet geannuleerd.
