Voyage à travers la musique cubaine et latine, Au Baiser Salé, on profite de l'été pour passer des soirées musicales festives chaque soir dès 21h00 en entrée libre. Plus qu'un simple concert, la jam est l'occasion de découvrir des musiciens hors pair, de les voir s'éclater à improviser ensemble. C'est le sentiment de participer à un moment unique. Une heure de concert pose les bases et lance le thème de la soirée en hommage à un artiste puis une jam nous emmène jusqu'au bout de la nuit.
