Sa sonorité, son style, ses tournures de phrases, son articulation, son découpage, ses inflexions ont définitivement marqué le style du saxophone depuis la mort de son Dieu John Coltrane. Romain Labaye est un bassiste français qui joue avec le guitariste américain Scott Henderson qui vient de sortir un excellent album intitulé People Mover sur lequel Romain a fait toutes les basses. Un set de concert puis place à la jam où les meilleurs musiciens du moment et les jameurs défilent pour profiter de ce moment unique où le temps reste en suspens…

Its sound, its style, its turns of phrase, its articulation, its cutting, its inflections have definitively marked the style of the saxophone since the death of its God John Coltrane. Romain Labaye is a French bassist who plays with American guitarist Scott Henderson who has just released an excellent album called People Mover on which Romain did all the bass. A concert set then time for the jam where the best musicians of the moment and jammers parade to enjoy this unique moment where time remains in suspense...
