Un cercle de femmes et un cercle d'hommes qui s'unissent dans la nature sauvage du Portugal pour guérir et s'élever ensemble.
Je suis Zoé.

Et j’ai été blessée par les hommes.
Depuis des siècles, nous, les femmes, avons été abusées et opprimées par l’inconscience masculine.
Aujourd’hui, nos blessures ont besoin d’être vues, reconnues et guéries.

Je les ai séduits, je leur ai menti, je les ai haïs, je les ai méprisés, je les ai accusés. J’ai jugé leur force. J’ai rejetés leurs faiblesses et leurs vulnérabilités.
Et je sais que leurs blessures ont besoin d’être vues, reconnues et guéries.
Pendant longtemps je me suis battue contre le masculin, à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur de moi. Le temps est venu de faire la paix.
Je suis Miguel.
Je suis un homme.
Et j'ai blessé des femmes.
Je me suis sentie menacée par leur émotions et leur sensibilité.
J'ai utilisé ma persuasion pour les conquérir, compensant ma difficulté à trouver mon propre cœur, mon propre amour.

J'ai été trahi et j’ai trahi.
Aujourd’hui j’assume l'entière responsabilité de mon passé.
Je prends l'entière responsabilité d'affronter ma propre vérité et de la partager. Sans peurs, sans barrières.
Reconnaissant toute mon admiration pour les femmes.
Reconnaissant leur puissance et leur grâce.
Nous sommes Zoé et Miguel, nous sommes un couple.
Nous nous sommes blessés, nous nous sommes battus, nous nous sommes manqués de respect.
Nous sommes parents. Nous sommes humains. Nous faisons des erreurs. Nous avons encore du chemin.
Mais nous décidons aujourd’hui d’arrêter la bataille.
Après des siècles de domination patriarcale, le masculin et le féminin ont été profondément abîmés et insconsciemment nous continuons de créer de la haine, de la séparation et de la souffrance entre les genres.
Nous avançons séparément,
Nous nous éveillons séparément,
Nous nous guérissons séparément.
Zoé oeuvre pour que les femmes retrouvent un féminin puissant, libre et éveillé.
Miguel oeuvre pour que les hommes accèdent à un masculin sain, guéri et incarné.
Et il est temps pour nous d’ouvrir nos espaces respectifs pour former UN cercle.
Il est temps qu’hommes et femmes assument la part de responsabilité qui leur revient et mettent fin à ce cycle de souffrance et de séparation.
Il est temps pour nous d’unir hommes et femmes et de mettre fin à la bataille.
Il est temps pour nous d’œuvrer pour les polarités et d’arrêter d’avancer chacun de notre côté.
Il est temps de reconnaître nos erreurs.
De retirer nos masques.
De retrouver notre humilité.
De témoigner de nos douleurs.
D’être le contenant aimant de nos guérisons respectives.
D’être ces femmes au service du nouveau masculin qui s’élève. Et ces hommes au service du féminin qui se souvient.
Il est temps de reconnecter avec les polarités en nous. D’aimer et de célébrer le masculin et le féminin en chacun de nous.
De consacrer nos puissances, de nous incliner devant nos grandeurs respectives.
D’arrêter de penser que nous devons nous exclure pour guérir, nous éloigner pour nous élever.
Il est temps de créer cette union sacrée pour que nous grandissions ensemble.
Il est temps d’offrir nos excuses et de pardonner.
D’être le contenant sacré de celle ou de celui que nous avons heurté.e.
De découvrir les cadeaux cachés de nos blessures.
Il est temps de réaliser que nous appartenons au même cercle.
Il est temps d’arrêter ce combat.
Nous nous engageons aujourd’hui à nous soutenir entre soeurs et frères.
Nous nous engageons à croire qu’il existe un chemin pour comprendre, honorer et aimer nos différences.

► Cette retraite n’est pas spécifiquement une retraite pour couples. Il est possible de venir seul.e, en couple, avec un.e ami.e, une soeur, un frère…
Il y aura des temps entre hommes et des temps entre femmes, ainsi que des temps en mixité.
Nous prévoyons le même nombre de femmes que d’hommes et la retraite est limitée à 16 hommes et 16 femmes.
► Les espaces seront facilités en français et en anglais avec traducteurs. Il est donc possible de participer que vous soyez francophone ou anglophone.
► Il n’y a pas de pré-requis. Toute personne, homme ou femme, quelle que soit l'orientation sexuelle, peut participer à cette retraite. Toutefois nous recommandons vivement d'avoir déjà vécu une expérience entre hommes / entre femmes et d'avoir initié un travail de guérison. Nous nous réservons le droit de refuser une candidature afin d’assurer la justesse et le sérieux du groupe et du travail qui sera effectué. Il est donc important de déposer ses intentions et de répondre aux questions du formulaire d’inscription avec soin.

࿓ Le Lieu
Monte Orada
Située sur la côte atlantique sud-ouest du Portugal, Monte Orada offre un ensemble de plages sauvages et spectaculaires et la nature intouché de l'Alentejo. Cette vallée isolée et verdoyante crée une oasis abondante où deux ruisseaux se rejoignent, comme un utérus, pour nourrir une ancienne forêt luxuriante et des panoramas sauvages. Le nom Orada signifie "prié pour" (depuis le XIIe siècle), selon les registres paroissiaux locaux, car il s'agit de l'un des plus anciens bâtiments répertoriés dans cette région isolée et protégée, antérieur à la ville de São Teotónio. La légende raconte que les hommes et femmes ainsi que les animaux qui se trouvaient ici ne voulaient pas partir avant d'avoir retrouvé toutes leurs forces naturelles et cosmiques. C'est ainsi qu'est né le culte de la Madone d'Orada (Nossa Senhora da Orada).
Orada est un centre de retraite familial, éco-durable, basé sur la permaculture, niché dans 71 ha de nature et d'intimité, dont l'objectif est de proposer des moments de transformation ciblés. Il est proposé une restauration végétarienne et végétalienne, une agriculture biologique, des espaces de méditation et de contemplation de la nature. C’est une communauté de détenteurs d'espace, une force pour des possibilités innovantes, de nouvelles mentalités. Le luxe d'Orada réside dans son cadre naturel, sa cuisine raffinée et son atmosphère conviviale et informelle.
Le lieu propose deux grands espaces de pratique; le Panoramic Nave qui sera destiné aux hommes et le Temple qui sera destiné aux femmes.

Il faut compter environ 2h30 de route depuis l’aéroport de Lisbonne.
Un mini bus sera organisé pour le transfert vers/depuis Monte Orada (heure et prix à confirmer).
Il est recommandé d’arriver à Lisbonne avant 14h le mardi 12 décembre pour pouvoir bénéficier du transfert et de repartir de Lisbonne après 16h le dimanche 17 décembre.
Il faut compter 1h45 de route environ depuis l’aéroport de Faro. Il n’y aura pas de transfert organisé depuis cet aéroport mais vous pouvez venir par vos propres moyens.

Je suis une femme en chemin, une mère et j’accompagne aujourd’hui les femmes vers la guérison et l’éveil de leur Utérus, vers la reconnexion à la Terre, aux mondes invisibles, à leur puissance et à leur divinité. Je suis aussi une femme comme les autres, qui tombe, qui se relève, qui accepte parfois de ne rien savoir, qui apprend et qui guérit.
Je me suis passionnée il y a plusieurs années pour l'Utérus, sa médecine, ses traumas, sa beauté, son immensité. Et à chaque pas que je fais sur cette voie, je réalise l'ampleur du chemin qu'il me reste à parcourir.
J’ai commencé mon chemin de guérison en m’initiant au chamanisme au Brésil où je reçois depuis 10 ans les enseignements de la forêt et des plantes sacrées. J’ai suivi en parallèle la voie du yoga pour me spécialiser aux pratiques pour la femme. J’ai découvert les Feminine Temple Arts et je me suis ouverte à la voie des Prêtresses de la Terre. Je pars chaque année au Mexique pour continuer d’apprendre auprès d’Abuelas et m’initier aux médecines ancestrales.
Entre initiations élémentaires, pratiques d’embodiment féminin et sagesses ancestrales, j’accompagne les femmes sur un chemin de « remembrance » où l’enseignant principal est l’esprit de Pacha Mama Gaïa et les forces des esprits des éléments. Je les guide à renouer avec leur utérus afin qu’elles se souviennent de la puissance et de la sagesse desquelles elles sont faites. Afin qu’elles reconnaissent leurs blessures, leurs traumas et leurs parts d’ombre comme des voies d’éveil et de guérison. Et qu’elles redeviennent ces femmes au service de la Terre, de la Lumière et du Vivant. Pour toutes les générations, pour toutes nos relations, pour toute la création.

Je suis thérapeute holistique depuis 2005. Poussé par la curiosité, j'ai développé ma capacité de guérir les autres grâce à ma propre guérison.
Aimant observer les dynamiques de la nature, mon approche est une combinaison naturelle de différentes techniques, mêlant les principes anciens et spirituels de l'Ayurveda, avec une vision précise de l'ostéopathie, la douceur de la thérapie crânio-sacrée et le breathwork pour libérer les traumas.
Mon travail s’étend des séances individuelles aux rituels de groupe et aux séances de guérison en groupe.
Je facilite également le travail pour le Masculin Sacré en créant une Fraternité saine en facilitant mes propres cercles et retraites et en co-facilitant pour les évènements mondiaux Sacred Sons.
Je tiens à remercier tous mes enseignants/mentors qui, au cours de mon voyage en tant qu'étudiant, m'ont enrichie dans ma propre guérison ainsi que dans celle de mes patients. Chaque formation a été une reconstruction de mon être.

And I know that their wounds need to be seen, acknowledged and healed.
For a long time, I fought against the masculine inside and outside me. The time has come to make peace.
I am Miguel.
I am a man.
And I have hurt women.
I have felt threatened by their emotions and their sensitivity.
I used my persuasion to conquer them, compensating for my difficulty in finding my own heart, my own love.

After centuries of patriarchal domination, the masculine and the feminine have been deeply damaged and unconsciously we continue to create hatred, separation and suffering between genders.

Miguel has been working with men to help them access a healthy, healed and embodied masculinity.
And it is time for us to open our respective works and come back to ONE circle.
It is time for men and women to take their responsibility and to end this cycle of suffering and separation.
It is time for us to unite and time to end the battle.
It’s time for us to be at service of both polarities and genders and to stop going our separate ways.

To be women in service of the new rising masculine and men in service of the feminine remembering.
It’s time to reconnect to the polarities within us. To love and celebrate our masculine and feminine whole.

It’s time to create this sacred union so we can rise together.
It is time to apologize and to forgive.
To become the sacred container for those we have hurt.
To find the sacred gifts of our wounds.
It's time to realize that we belong to the same circle.
It's time to stop this battle.

There will be times for men and times for women, as well as times with men and women together.
We will have the same number of women and men and the retreat is limited to 16 men and 16 women.
► The retreat will be facilitated in French and English with translators. It is therefore possible to participate whether you are French or English speaking.
► There are no prerequisites. Anyone, male or female, no matter what sexual orientation, can join this retreat. However, we strongly recommend that you have already had a men's / women's experience and have initiated healing work. We keep the right to refuse an application in order to ensure the coherence and integrity of the group and the work that will be done. It is therefore important to share your intentions and answer the questions on the application form carefully.

Monte Orada
Located at the southest atlantic coast, Monde Orada offers a set of beautiful wild beaches and the authentic nature of Alentejo. This isolated evergreen valley offers an abundant oasis where 2 creeks come together as a womb to an ancient lush forest and wildlife panoramas. The name Orada means "prayed for" (since XII century), according to local parish records, as this is one of the oldest buildings on record in this remote protected region, predating the town of São Teotónio. Legend goes that both people and animals once here would not want to leave until regaining their full natural and cosmic forces. This gave rise to the cult of the Madonna of Orada (Nossa Senhora da Orada).
Orada is a family run, eco-sustainable, permaculture based, soul retreat centre, nestled in 71 ha of nature and privacy, aligned with the aim of expanding health and proposing purposeful transformational moments. They provide vegetarian and vegan catering, organic farming, meditation and nature contemplation spaces. They are space holder community, a force for innovative possibilities, new mindsets. The luxury at Orada is its Natural setting, the loving food and its inclusive informal atmosphere.
The place offers two big practice spaces: the Panoramix Nave which will be intented to the men’s circle and the Temple which will be intented to the women’s circle.

࿓ Transportation
It takes about 2.5 hours to drive from Lisbon airport to Monte Orada.
A mini bus will be organized for the transfer to/from Monte Orada (time and price to be confirmed).
It is recommended to arrive in Lisbon before 2pm on tuesday 12th of December to be able to take the transfer and to leave Lisbon after 4pm on sunday 17th of December.
It takes about 1.5 hours to frive from the Faro airport to Monte Orada. No transfer will be organized from this airport but you can come on your own.

I am a woman, a mother and today I guide women to heal and the awaken their Womb, to reconnect to the Earth, to the invisible worlds, to their power and their divinity. I am also a woman like any other, who falls, who go through, who accepts sometimes not knowing anything, who learns and who heals.
Several years ago, I became passionate about the Womb, its medicine, its traumas, its beauty, its immensity. And with each step I take on this path, I realize how far I still have to go.
I began my healing path by initiating myself into shamanism in Brazil where I have been receiving the teachings of the forest and sacred plants for the past 10 years. In parallel, I followed the path of yoga to get specialized in practices for women. I discovered the Feminine Temple Arts and opened myself to the path of the Priestesses of the Earth. Every year I go to Mexico to continue learning from Abuelas and to learn about ancestral medicines.
Between elemental initiations, feminine embodiment practices and ancestral wisdoms, I guide women on a path of "remembrance" where the main teacher is the spirit of Pacha Mama Gaia and the forces of the spirits of the elements. I guide them to reconnect to their womb so that they remember the power and wisdom from which they are made. So that they recognize their wounds, their traumas and their darkness as paths of awakening and healing. And that they become again these women at the service of the Earth, the Light and the Living. For all generations, for all our relationships, for all of creation.

I’m an holistic therapist since 2005, moved by curiosity, I developed the ability to heal others with my own healing.
Loving to observe the dynamics of nature, my approach is a combination of various techniques in a natural way, blending the ancient and spiritual principles of Ayurveda, with a precise vision of Osteopathy, the gentleness of Cranial-Sacral therapy and Breathwork for releasing traumas.
My work goes from 1:1 sessions to group rituals and group healing sessions.
I facilitate also the work of the Sacred Masculine creating healthy Brotherhood by facilitating my own retreats end circle as well as Worldwide Sacred Sons events.
I want to give thanks to all my teachers/mentors, who during my journey as a student have enriched me in my own healing as well as the healing of my patients.
Each course has been a reconstruction of my being.
