Véritable figure du jazz français, Malik Mezzadri (dit Magic Malik) est un compositeur et musicien hors pair, qui ne cesse de développer son univers créatif par de multiples projets. Hypersensible, intelligent, aventurier et surdoué, depuis plusieurs décennies, ce flûtiste virtuose et toujours surprenant dessine un chemin-carrière où la préoccupation d’artiste ne cède rien à celle de recherches esthétiques et spirituelles courageuses. Après une longue pause du Magic Malik Orchestra qu’il fonde il y a 24 ans, le Magic Malik Orchestra fait son retour sur scène en 2023 lors de concerts exclusifs au Baiser Salé et renouvelle sa résidence en 2024 qui nous replonge dans les moments marquants de plus de 20 ans d’histoire qui revisite le répertoire emblématique et nous fait découvrir ses nouveaux titres
Cette année le 21 juin 2024 sort sur le label b.records, le deuxième opus de la Jazz Association enregistré en live au Baiser Salé de Paris.

A true figure of French jazz, Malik Mezzadri (known as Magic Malik) is an outstanding composer and musician, who continues to develop his creative universe through multiple projects. Hypersensitive, intelligent, adventurous and gifted, for several decades, this virtuoso and always surprising flautist has charted a career path where the concern of the artist yields nothing to that of courageous aesthetic and spiritual research. After a long break from the Magic Malik Orchestra that he founded 24 years ago, the Magic Malik Orchestra returns to the stage in 2023 during exclusive concerts at the Baiser Salé and renews its residency in 2024 which takes us back to the significant moments of more than 20 years of history which revisits the emblematic repertoire and introduces us to its new titles
This year on June 21, 2024, the second opus of the Jazz Association recorded live at the Baiser Salé in Paris is released on the b.records label.
