Prices 2025 (by registering before March 18) :
Participant rate: €150 per person for the 3 days (€160 after March 18),
Please note that it is not possible to register for just one or two days. Please also note that we do not offer a canoe hire service.
This price includes :
- Access to all workshops (nearly 100 over 3 days), both on the water and on land,
- Official Open Canoe Festival T-shirt,
- Goodies Bag (poster, sticker...),
- Welcome drink,
- Opening film on Friday evening,
- Saturday evening meal,
- Saturday night concert,
- Sunday evening meal,
- Participation in the big draw on Sunday evening,
- Picnic with local specialities on Monday lunchtime,
- Free shuttle for the Grande Descente,
- Participation in organisational costs (the actual cost per person is around €280, the difference being funded by sponsors and partners).
When you register, you can ask for a vegetarian meal (no meat or fish). The picnic is not vegetarian. Food allergies are not catered for.
Registration does not include the price of the campsite:
Camping pitches (tents) do not need to be booked (except for chalets and mobile homes, for which availability is limited). Please note: due to the large number of participants, Gervanne Camping is unable to allocate a pitch per family or group. Pitches will therefore have to be shared to accommodate everyone.
Camping rate: €8.50 per person per night (+ tourist tax of €0.61). 4 per night for children aged 5 to 12. Free for children under 5 (rate applicable for the entire stay).
For all information about the campsite, please contact Gervanne Camping.
Please note that the campsite offers a breakfast service during the weekend (book at reception on arrival).
