As a friend remarked recently, the current state of affairs is giving us a new perspective on our shared history and why the masses let horrific things happen. Indeed, it does take a whole lot of work to actually make space for the constant flow of heart-wrenching information coming from all sides. And most of the time it's just too much. So we close, or collapse, and (try to) carry on. We are in shock. As we collapse in shock we are robbed — or rob ourselves — from our aliveness and sense of direction and power. And anxiety, guilt or numbness drown us. At least that's my experience! Yet we may have a choice. I invite you to make space for all of that which is too much to be felt alone, on a normal day. Not so much to think about all what's happening — many of us are already doing it so much — but to let the nervous systems regulate, the hearts feel, the bodies sense their power, and drink at the spring of human togetherness. I know for myself that there are things that can only be felt when I come together with others. Things that need more than one nervous systems to be welcomed and felt. --- LET'S COME TOGETHER TO FEEL, REGENERATE & FIND ORIENTATION This Somatic Love Sunday is an invitation to connect with others in order to expand our capacity to feel what might be too much to feel in the everyday. By coming back in contact with our hearts and feeling our agency to (literally) move through the collapse, we may make space for better understanding what our role is in this mess. I don't know you, but I, for too long, believed that praying was about silently asking for something to some kind of abstract idea of god. I believe now that praying is about letting ourselves feel everything so that we can actually hear what our hearts truly want and let life feel us. It is about offering our heart crack to the mystery of life and let ourselves listen deeper. As we choose to feel, we may gain clarity as to what our role is this mess, and make space for what our hearts are calling us into. "When we open our eyes to what is happening, even when it breaks our hearts, we discover our true size; for our heart, when it breaks open, can hold the whole universe. We discover how speaking the truth of our anguish for the world brings down the walls between us, drawing us into deep solidarity. That solidarity, with our neighbors and all that lives, is all the more real for the uncertainty we face." — Johanna Macy --- PERMISSION TO REALLY BE IN CHARGE This is a body- and emotion-positive space. Being with Collapse & Nurturing Resilience: A Dancing Ceremony in Times of Shock

Why did our grandparents stay silent when real shit was happening?

SWEAT YOUR PRAYER

And as Gabrielle Roth, the grandma of conscious dance, used to say: let's sweat our prayer!

We discover how speaking the truth of our anguish for the world brings down the walls between us, drawing us into deep solidarity. That solidarity, with our neighbors and all that lives, is all the more real for the uncertainty we face." — Johanna Macy

About The Relational Shift & Adrien

For the last 15 years I have dedicated my focus to facilitating a transformation to a more relational and connected world. I first did this through academic research and got a doctor title and a burn-out from it.

Since then I am fully dedicated to putting back aliveness at the centre of my life and what I do. I work as a facilitator, mentor, speaker and artist to support others in embracing aliveness and adopt a relational understanding of Life.
Doing so, we bring back a perception of ourselves and of the world that is more alive, sovereign, and, ultimately, magic.

This is The Relational Shift.

Through workshops, ceremonies, retreats and one-on-one sessions I work in a trauma-informed and critical way with the medicines of Movement, Eros, and Play.
