✅The new regulations applicable from 2025, impose organizational restrictions, in order to reduce the pressure of our activity on the protected species of our "fenua". Only 3 boats are authorized around a group of whales. We can only allow 6 swimmers in the water at a time. If swimming is possible, only swimmers over 10 years old who are physically able to swim 200m in the open sea without difficulty will be allowed to go in the water.

✅Remain reachable in the 24 hours prior to the event. In the event of a change of meeting place due to the weather, we will notify you by e-mail the day before.

✅This tour is not suitable for : 
         - pregnant women
         - children under 6 (please consult us)

✅The time indicated is the meeting time (departure is 15' after). The tour lasts from 3h30 to 4h.
✅ Encounters with wildlife are never guaranteed. Since animals are wild and unpredictable, we must accept the risk of failing to make an observation despite our best efforts.
✅ The guide reserves the right to authorize swimming only if safety conditions are gathered (swimmer level, sea conditions, whale behaviour...) You must be able to use fins/mask/snorkel without difficulty for at least 100m in the open sea. People who do not know how to use the gear effectively will not be allowed in the water. Children under 10 years old are not allowed in the water

✅ We're heading out to sea for several hours, and we may encounter harsher CONDITIONS than in the lagoon. There may be swell, wind or rain. "Perfect" conditions are not guaranteed. If you are subject to seasickness, ask your pharmacist for advice. 

 

 

➡️ CANCELLATION POLICY (at buyer's initiative): 
For all cancellations/modifications initiated by the buyer, 1% of BilletWeb's commission will be retained. Please notify us as soon as possible for any modification/cancellation, so that we can refound and re-organize.

Cancellation more than 5 days before the excursion : ticket fully refunded

Cancellation > D-3: 50% deduction from ticket (> D-10 for groups of 6 or more)

Cancellation < D-3: 100% deduction from ticket (< D-7 for groups of 6 or more)
