Welcome on the online ticketing for the Welcome to Paradise festival 2024 !

 

The entire team will be very happy to be with you in the service this summer. Your help will be very valuable to us!  The fee is 170€ regardless of the number of festivals/prep sessions you choose as a volunteer. You are expected two days before the participants, on Saturday. The reception will be open from 4pm to 7pm.

 

Your susbscription will be confirmed when you receive your electronic ticket by email : please make sure that you have it and don't forget to save it on your phone :)

 

A ticket allows access to the Welcome to Paradise Festival site, meals, all animations and several activities. Some activities are paid onsite, you will get details on your arrival.

PS : If you choose to pay in installments, you will receive you ticket after the last payment

 

Before the festival, it is possible to cancel your ticket if you are unable to attend. Nevertheless 20€ cancellation fee will be retained, and 50€ if you cancel after May 31, 2025.  Cancellations from July 20, 2025 will be fully charged.  Shuttles and accommodation are non-refundable.

 

 Whatever the reasons for the cancellation, it must be done directly online by clicking on "Manage my order" in the confirmation email. The partial refund is made directly on the bank account that made the payment. See the special conditions of sales here: welcometoparadise.fr
